HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO SEE RESULTS?
You’ll begin to feel better almost instantly.  Within a few short days you’ll have more energy, strength and over all better sense of well being.  However, specific results depend on you!  If you come to class one day a week the results you see will reflect only working out one day a week.  And if you come five days a week then you will see dramatically different results!


 

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I NEED TO TRAIN?
Well, how many days are there in the week?  Fitness is a lifestyle.  Exercise is something you should do daily whether it’s a ½ at the gym or a walk after work.   Your body is constantly adapting and remaking itself every day depending on what you put into it and what you expect from it.  Each day YOU decide what you will look and feel like. The current government recommendations are that you designate 30 minutes a day to fitness.  We recommend a minimum of the same thing.


 


DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY DIET?
Do you want to change the way you look?  The old saying “you are what you eat” is not just an expression your grandmother used to use.  It’s the absolute truth.  If 50% of your caloric intake is fat then you will most likely have a larger waistline and vice versa.


 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE 10 WEEKS IS OVER?
Many of our Body Shaping Challenge members chose to stay and continue class.  Many have been taking the class for over a year now.  Others have gone on to train in Kick boxing, personal training and even jiu jitsu.  The biggest thing is to STAY ACTIVE and we have many options available to help you.


 

WHAT IF I AM SIGNIFICANTLY OVERWEIGHT?  CAN I TAKE THE CLASSES?
YES absolutely.  Our instructors know how to modify exercises to fit the needs of all of our members.  We have clients of all fitness levels here!  Everyone is welcome and everyone can do it!


 

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL COUNSELLING AS WELL?
Yes.  Paul DiRienzo is a certified Nutritional manager through Lifestyle Management Associates.

With the Total Body Shaping class we offer nutritional guidelines to follow as part of the program.  However, for rates on personalized nutritional planning please call Paul.


 

I HAVE NEVER EXERICSED BEFORE.  IS THIS CLASS RIGHT FOR ME?
Absolutely! All of our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you are a hard core gym rat looking for a change, or a flat out couch potato looking for a change our classes will give you the opportunity and tools you need to succeed.

TBS:   Total Body Shaping classes change regularly as to not allow your body to get used to any one exercise.  You can expect everything from body weight exercises, resistance training, cardio kickboxing, and a fun energizing environment.  Please feel free to stop by and watch a class.


 

WHAT IF I CAN’T KEEP UP?
Our classes are meant to challenge you no matter what your fitness level.  We only have one rule here and that is to do as many as you can...plus one more.  Each individual knows his/her own body.  We feel it’s important to trust our members to know when they can or can’t continue an exercise.  However, we do want to encourage you to push yourself so we only have one rule of thumb and that it….Do as many as you can and then do ONE MORE!
