Total Body Shaping

Your workout routine should be anything but routine. Total Body Shaping is a dynamic workout program that combines resistance training, toning exercises and cardio intervals. The Total Body Shaping program also includes fitness evaluations to help track your progress. Through TBS, you’ll see increases in:

Classes are structured in a 10 week program that gradually builds intensity and technique. Your workout is streamlined for maximum benefits and results!

The program includes 3 fitness evaluations, before and after pictures, weigh ins and measurements (arm, thigh, hip, waist & body fat analysis) The first evaluation is done on the day you join the program.  The second is done at the 5 week mark and the final is upon completion of the full 10 week program.
