Integrity:

Integrity means being true to yourself, your values, and your word.

We all have the power to choose between right and wrong.  Integrity is more than that though. People with integrity are honest with others and honest with themselves.  They choose right from wrong even when nobody is looking.  They know their powerful words, believe in their powerful words, and they use their powerful words everyday.  People with integrity are true to themselves and don't pretend to be anything but themselves.  Integrity is one of the most important powerful words there is.
