This is a Martial Art based fitness program. Classes are 45 minutes in length. The purpose of the class is to get people in shape while learning an effective
martial art that you can earn a black belt in. The first 10 min will be mirror work, 2nd 10 will be partner training with
striking bags, next 10 will be striking with heavy bags, next 10 is calisthenics and the last 5 min is the lesson of the week.
The apparel will be included in the price of the course and will consist of black pants, Tai Kickboxing shirt, and belt.
