Program Overview

The Total Body Shaping course is a 10 week program for both men and women. For the convenience of most we offer day and night classes, 5 days a week. Each 50 minutes class is lead by energetic, exciting and great instructors, who work you out to vibrant and energetic music. Classes combine strength training with cardio workouts.

Each class begins with a cardio based kickboxing warm up. Each day, class is geared to work a specific muscle group using resistance bands, medicine balls and hand weights. You receive a complete body workout by the end of the week. The combination of both is great for losing body fat, losing weight and defining muscle tone.

Fitness Evaluations

The TBS program also includes 3 fitness evaluations. Fitness evaluations consist of before and after pictures, weigh ins, arm, thigh, hip and waist measurements, body fat analysis, flexibility and endurance tests. The first fitness evaluation is done on the day you join the program. The second evaluation is done at the 5th week mark (mid way through the program) allowing the member to track their progress. The final evaluation is done at the completion of the 10 week program. The member whose body changes the most wins a FREE membership to our next 10 week program.
