"My son Elliott was hesitant to try Jiu-Jitsu, agreeing to just one test class. By the end of that first lesson, he was tugging on his shirt asking when he’d get his gi! Fast forward nearly two years: he deeply loves the training, the friends, and the positive outlet it provides—he’s even stepped up into leadership training."
More than learning a technique
Children practice listening, treating partners with respect and sticking with a skill that takes time. Progress gives them something they can see and work toward.
- Little Ninjas build focus, balance and coordination through structured games.
- Kids and Juniors learn American Jiu-Jitsu, including escapes, ground control and practical self-defense.
- Instructors teach control and judgment, including when to avoid conflict and ask for help.
A class that fits your child's age

What parents say
"A well deserved 5 stars. We're in the ninja class. Paul is a phenomenal business owner and has structured a great program and community. The ninja class instructors are great!"
"Every person from the senseis to the coaches to the students, is helpful, encouraging, and do their best to bring about an environment of positivity. My daughter has told me multiple times that going to jiujitsu is the highlight of her day and what she looks forward to the most."
"The staff create a very welcome and fun place where our kids feel very challenged but also successful… Our shy non-athletic daughter blossomed during her training and our son who struggled to fit into team sports has discovered the perfect combination of individual and team practice. Highly recommend!"
A few questions parents ask
My child has never done martial arts. Can they start here?

Is this karate or jiu-jitsu?
